For after-hours emergencies, please call our office and listen to our instructions.

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

Rescheduling or Cancellation

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give our office a 24-hour notice on all cleaning and dental treatment appointments.
  • We require a 3-day cancellation notice for all sedation appointments.
  • All hospital cases have to be cancelled 7 days in advance.

Our office reserves the right to charge a fee of $50 for a missed appointment or dismiss your child from our practice. All fees have to be paid to reschedule another appointment.

If you miss an appointment without notifying our office, we reserve the right not to reschedule your child or dismiss the family. You may leave a message at 901-861-9668 24 hours a day.
